Services listed above are $100 – they generally take no more than an hour. Additional time is billed at $85 per hour. You will be given a time estimate on arrival. If only a brief service visit is required that does not take the initial full hour, I can offer you a free computer/laptop health exam, to see if your machine is running well or if there are any causes for concern.
Pickup/Dropoff Charge – $35 within service area of Marin and most of Solano/Sonoma County.
I have over 20 years experience in designing, building, and troubleshooting systems that date back to MS-DOS and Windows 3.1 to present day Mac OS X, Windows XP/Vista/7 and Windows 2003/2008 Servers as well as Group Policy & Active Directory Administration and Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003. Other specialties include anti-spam and server-based centralized administration.
